It's springtime in radio-land, and as is the tradition around station QICE, the transmitter is busted because of water dripping into the radio shack. But when Gary and Bill get the transmitter back on line, they discover a mysterious broadcast from 1939 piggybacking on top of their signal. A seance, quiz shows and a mysterious visitor from the past all round this 'ghostly' episode of QICE: Radio North.

The Gang at QICE is back once again, and once again Gary finds himself in trouble. He's doing a live play for the first time in his life while simultaneously helping Bill with the mayor's re-election campaign. When Glory the hippie-dippie station manager joins with the ultra Tea Party mayor to turn Gary's Lovecraftian fable into a musical, it's all Gary can do to hold it together in this hilarious episode in the life of everyone's favorite radio station.

When last we left our hero...Packer Backer was loose, Dome Dog was withdrawn following Friend Max's death (See Dome Dog Issue 4: Prophesy of Doom) and a strange, supernatural storm is dumping tons of cheese-scented snow on the dangerously overloaded Metrodome; Home of the Vikings!  A figure sits slumped in a chair beneath the center of the dome.  A trap?  Dome Dog rushes in anyway just as the roof starts to give way!  Starring Harley Droba and Aela Mackintosh.
